Wedding Packages

 

Your wedding day provides many opportunities for your day to be unique.  Below, we briefly describe a "typical" wedding day from which our wedding packages are created.  Please read through the available options to determine which package best suits your wedding day.

 

 

A "Typical"  Wedding Day with Video Memories

Pre-Ceremony: We begin approximately 4 hours prior to the ceremony or 1 hour prior to the arrival of the wedding photographer. 

May include:

  • Cameos of bride and groom preparing for their wedding day

  • Interviews with the wedding couple and their parents

  • Interviews with the bridesmaids and groomsmen/ushers during the photographer's session

  • Cameo shots of the unity candle and wedding rings

Wedding Ceremony: Begins with the candlelighting and seating of the parents.

May include:

  • Processional

  • Wedding ceremony

  • Recessional

  • Receiving line

  • Departure of the wedding couple from the church

Reception: Begins with the arrival of the couple at the reception location.

May include:

  • Toasts

  • Cake cutting

  • Interviews with guests

Dance: Begins with the first dance of the wedding couple and wedding party. May include:

  • Bouquet and garter toss

  • Highlights of guests during the dance

 

 

 

Package 1:  The Wedding Day

 

This is the full video package that covers the entire wedding day as described above in A "Typical" Wedding Day with Video Memories.

 

Your edited DVDs include:

  • Video of the ceremony, reception and dance locations

  • 20-count photo montage set to the music of the couple's choice

Number of edited DVDs for bridal couple: 3

Time allowed: 10 hours*

Price $2200

 

 

 

Package 2:  Wedding Ceremony and Reception

 

This package includes the Wedding Ceremony and Reception events as described above in A "Typical" Wedding Day with Video Memories.

 

Number of edited DVDs for bridal couple: 1

Time allowed: 5 hours*

Price $1000

 

 

 

Package 3: Wedding Ceremony

 

This package includes the Wedding Ceremony events as described above in A "Typical" Wedding Day with Video Memories.

 

Number of edited DVDs for bridal couple: 1

Time allowed: 2 hours*

Price $550

 

Package 4: The Reception

 

This package includes the Reception events as described above in A "Typical" Wedding Day with Video Memories.

 

Ends after the garter and bouquet toss or at the end of 3 hours, whichever occurs first.

 

Number of edited DVDs for bridal couple: 1

Time allowed: 3 hours*

Price $550

 

 

Notes:

*Add $60 for each additional hour.  Videographer must be notified in advance due to prior commitments. 

 

We use at least two cameras during the wedding ceremony.

We use wireless microphones, one on the groom and the other on the minister / bride / lectern as is convenient.

Video lights may be used during interviews, cameo shots, and dances, but they are turned off during the wedding ceremony to eliminate distraction from this important time.

You may add a photo montage to your package for a $20 setup fee plus $1.25 per photo.

An extra fee will be charged if client requests VHS tape(s) instead of DVD(s).

A $50 deposit is required to confirm the date of the wedding.
